"Beyond the Veil" is a TV anthology series featuring supernatural stories from Maori, Pasifika, and Filipino cultures. The episode "Giving Up the Ghost", focuses on a history teacher who lives with a kuia (elderly woman) poltergeist who enlists his help to get revenge on a cruel landlord.
